Albert was the first born son of Warren and Izetta Lincoln, and they were in Maine at the time. The family moved to Wisconsin sometime between 1854 - 1855 (see Warren Lincoln). In 1880, he moved with his younger brother (see George Lincoln obituary) and other siblings to Scotia, Nebraska and homesteaded there. He also followed his brother George to California sometime after 1889 and farmed there as well. He died at the age of 63 in Saticoy, a town just east of Ventura, California.

Albert married Mary Emily Roberts when he was 35 and she was 16 (the exact date of marriage is from the Stevens Point Area Genealogical Society (http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~wispags/resources/mar-groom-i-l.html). The date of death of his wife Mary is unknown. From the Lincoln Family Tree document by Florence Phelps Lincoln (wife of Fred Lincoln), Mary was born 01-Sep-1866, and this also corresponds to the birthdate from the 1900 Census, which also mentions she was born in New York. After Albert died, Mary married James Albert Reynolds on 11-Jan-1912. The document by Florence Phelps Lincoln states that Mary died in 1922 (around the age of 56).

Of the children of Albert and Mary, two babies died in infancy, Charles and Ella, and nothing is known of them.
